YES!!! These recipes are very simple. Many items you make will be used for lunches or even towards other meals.
Being that this is a WFPB program, none of the recipes contain meat, dairy or oil. You will find that these recipes focus mainly on fruits, vegetables, beans and some potatoes and fats. There is no rice, pasta or bread used, but a few recipes use tortillas.
I would LOVE to guarantee your results. You get what you put in to it. But our bodies are all different. This program is designed for those who strictly follow it to lose weight, but if you aren’t seeing results, we will work together to get the scale moving in the right direction!
Don’t worry, I love my coffee, too. Yes you can drink coffee while on the program, just no dairy or powdered creamers and no artificial sweeteners.
